Questions, answered
How do I pay?
Pay for each session from your MoLe wallet or directly via Razorpay — UPI, cards or netbanking. You only pay once the educator accepts your booking.
What if the educator doesn't show up or cancels?
If an educator cancels a paid booking you're refunded. If they don't join, we help reassign your session to another educator or refund you.
Can I rewatch my session?
Yes. Sessions are recorded so you can rewatch them from the app for a limited time after the class.
Which subjects and languages are available?
Educators teach a wide range of subjects in English and Indian languages. Use the filters to find educators by subject, teaching language and location.
How do I become an educator?
Sign up as an educator, complete your profile and identity check, set your rates and availability, and start teaching once you're verified.
